摘要
根据现代质量管理理论和现代企业经营的思想 ,探讨了我国高校内部管理创新问题。我国高校内部管理创新应以建立现代大学制度为目标 ,以大胆引入企业精神为基本的思想方法 ,以质量为中心重新设计制度体系 ,以过程为基础设置管理机构 ,以建设学习性学校提升高校管理的境界。
In accordance with the theory of modern quality management and ideology of modern enterprise operation, the authors of this paper make exploration into the internal management innovation in Chinese colleges and universities. Aiming at the establishment of modern college system, the interior management innovation should take the introduction of enterprise spirit as its basic ideological method, redesign the institutional system with quality as the center and set up management organs with the course as its basis and improve the college management level with the goal to build up study?oriented colleges.
