摘要
用问卷调查法对武汉市不同年龄和学历人员就有关失业问题的态度和情感体验进行了抽样调查 ,在对数据进行统计分析的基础上 ,揭示了不同年龄和学历群体在对待事业问题上主观态度和心理体验的异同 ,进而提出了进一步做好下岗人员工作的有关措施和对策。
By using the questionnaire method, the author of this paper has made a samplingsurvey of people's attitudes and feelings toward unemployment in the city of Wuhan, who are at different ages and with different education background. Based on the statistical analyses of the related data, the author has revealed the differences and similarities among people's attitudes and psychological feelings towards their work, who are at different ages and with different education background. Finally, the author has come up with the countermeasures to solve the unemployment problems.
