新闻传播专业学生实习与就业关系的分类及其应用

Category and application of the relationship between fieldwork and employment of journalism & communication majors

通过建立分类体系 ,明确了新闻传播专业学生实习与就业间存在完全对应、单位对应、岗位对应、性质对应、无对应关系 5种基本关系。并在西安欧亚职业学院新闻传播系 2 0 0 0级、2 0 0 1级毕业生中 ,应用该分类体系对实习与就业关系进行了分类统计 ,得出了实习可以解决或帮助解决6成左右学生的就业问题、找准岗位与岗位群是解决学生就业问题的主要途径等有益结论。

The author has set up categorization system and has also summarized five basic categories of the relationship between fieldwork and employment of journalism & communication majors, namely, the complete correspondence, the working unit correspondence, the post correspondence, the nature correspondence as well as the no correspondence. By using this categorization system to carry out classification statistics of the journalism & communication majors who were admitted into the Journalism & Communication Department of Xi'an Eurasia Vocational University in 2000 and 2001 separately, the author has come to the conclusion that the fieldwork can solve or help to solve the employment problem for around sixty percent of graduates and that finding the right post or post group is the main solution to the employment problem.
