摘要
就公务员招聘、录用问题,采用定量分析的方法进行了研究。在招聘人员时,要体现择优录用的原则,就应该将定性的标准定量化,即将专家对应聘人员的等级评分和用人部门对应聘人员的期望要求分别赋予相应的分值,并设为两个矩阵,将这两个矩阵相乘得到应聘人员相对于用人部门的综合素质得分,按得分的高低进行录用。同时考虑了应聘人员的意愿,把志愿用一个权重矩阵来表示,把权重矩阵加入到上述运算中,得到了考虑应聘人员意愿的人员录用结果。
This article studies the problem of public official recruitment. adopting the method of quantitative analysis. While choosing the excellent one,everyone should be settled the grade,i.e. the experts give the homologous cent value respectively also expectation request of the branch,and then establish two matrixes, multiplying each other for synthesize person's character, pressing the high mark to low mark proceeding that get a goal to employ.We also considered the personnel's will at the same time, set the first wishes and the second wishes with a matrix ,and then put the matrix into calculation, getting the result with the consideration of personnel's will.
