摘要 静压支承是一种广泛用于各种机械设备的新型支承结构,文章概述了静压支承原理,通过实验,讨论了静压支承的三个重要参数:承载能力,油膜厚度、供油压力,并给出了不同供油压力下轧制力与油膜厚度的关系曲线,阐述了油膜刚度与供油压力的关系。 The hydrostatic bearing is a new type structure of the rolling mill. The principles of hydro static bearing are summarized in this paper. Some important parameters of hydrostatic bearings, such as rolling forces, oil film thickness and oil feeding pressures, are discussed through the experiment. The curves of the relationship between rolling forces and film thickness according to varied oil pressures are given. It also expounds how the stiffness of oil film changes with oil pressures.
