呼吸科住院患者抗菌药物使用调查分析

Retrospective Investigation of Use of Antibacterial Drugs in In-patients of Respiration Department

目的:了解呼吸科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法:随机抽查呼吸科住院患者病历261份,调查分析其抗菌药物使用情况。结果:抗茵药物使用率为82.83％。应用最多的是喹诺酮类,头孢菌素类和青霉素类,常用的联用方式为盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液+头孢菌素类。结论:呼吸科抗茵药物使用基本遵循安全、有效原则,但存在不合理用药现象,亟待解决。

Objective: To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in inpatients of respiration department. Method: 261 case of in-patients in respiration department were randomized for the analysis. Result: The using frequency of antibacterial drugs in inpatients of respiration department was 82. 83% ,of all used antibacterial drugs the expending amount of the quinolones was the largest,the second was cephalosporins, and the third was penicillins; the commonest combined drug was levofloxacin hydrochloride injection + ceph-alosporins; the aggregate sorts of antibacterial drugs were small, and the change frequency of antibacterial drugs was lower; the phenomena of drug use for long time, irrational usage, dosage, and combined drug still existed, the incompatility between antibacterial drugs and solvent or diluent were also found in some cases. Conclusion: The use of antibacterial is safe and effective, but correspondant methods should be further found to solve the irrational usage of antibacterial drugs in respiration department.
