杞归脉舒胶囊薄层色谱鉴别

Identification on TLC of Qiguimaishu Capsule

目的:建立杞归脉舒胶囊薄层色谱鉴别。方法:采用TLC法对枸杞子、山茱萸、丹参、当归川芎、厚朴进行了鉴别试验。结果:用TLC法检出了枸杞子、山茱萸、丹参、当归川芎、厚朴。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,灵敏,准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish an identifying method for Qiguimaishu capsules. Method: The chemical constituents from Fructus lycii,Fructus corni,Radix salviae mil tiorrhizae,Radix angelicae sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong, and Cortex magnoliae officina-lis in Qiguimaishu capsules were isolated by TLC, the aim of identification could be obtained by compared with the controlled medicinal materials. Result: All of the above materials in Qiguimaishu capsules could be detected by TLC. Conclusion: This method is sensitive ,accurate, and specific, and can be used for the identification of Qiguimaishu capsules. It has a good repeatability,so it can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
