摘要 齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度与接触疲劳强度是判断齿轮使用寿命的重要指标之一.在机械封闭齿轮试验机上我们就残余奥氏体含量对齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度和接触疲劳强度性能的影响进行对比试验,实验结果表明,齿轮的接触疲劳强度和弯由疲劳强度随奥氏体的含量的增加而提高. The intensity of bending fatigue and contact fatigue for gears is one of the important indices(indexes)to judge gear service life.On the experiment machine sealed mechanically,the influence ofthe remaining austenite on bending fatigue strength and contact fatigue strength for gears is tested bycomparative experiments.The experimental result shows that the strength of contact fatigue and bend-ing fatigue for gears improves with the inerease of austenite contents.
