干扰素联合维生素AD治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染34例疗效及免疫功能观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of INF-α and vitamin AD on immunologic function in 34 children with recurrent respiratory infections

目的观察干扰素和维生素AD对小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法66例反复呼吸道感染患儿随即分为对照组和治疗组,对照组32例给予一般抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组34例在常规治疗的基础上每日一次雾化吸入干扰素约3～5万单位,口服维生素AD丸半丸、1次·d-1。结果治疗后两组的Ig值和CD+T细胞值都升高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论干扰素和维生素AD合用治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染有很好疗效。

Objective To investigation the effect of INF-α and vitamin AD on immunologic function in children with recurren respiratory infections.(RRI).Method Sixty-six RRI children were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 32 RRI children was treated with routingly and anti-inflammatory treatment ,while the treatment group of 34 RRI children was treated with INF-α and vitamin AD for in addition to routingly and anti-inflammatory treatment.Results The serum levels of Ig and CD+T lymphocyte after treatment in two groups were increased compared with the levels before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in treatment group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined INF-α and vitamin AD for treatment of RRI children is effectiveness
