大鼠孤束核神经降压素在迷走-加压反应中的作用

摘要 采用放射免疫及核团微量注射等方法对大鼠延髓孤束核内神经降压素在迷走-加压反应中的作用进行了探讨。结果:①电刺激颈迷走神经向中端,孤束核神经降压素免疫活性物的含量明显增高;②向孤束核内注入抗神经降压素血清,迷走-加压反应明显增强;③向孤束核内注入神经降压素,迷走-加压反应明显减弱。结果提示:延髓孤束核内神经降压素参与并抑制迷走-加压反应过程。 The effect of neurotensin (NT) on vagus-Pressor response was studied by radioimm- unoassay and microinjection into the nucleus of tractus solitarius (NTS) of the rat. The results were as follows: (1) The contents of neurotensin immune reactivity (NT-IR) in NTS were significantly increased by stimulation of the central end of vagi; (2) The va- gus-pressor response was significantly potentiated by antineurotensin serum injection in- to NTS; (3) The vagus-pressor response was significantly weakened by NT injection in- to NTS. The results indicate that NT in NTS of the rat may modulate and inhibit va- gus-pressor response.
