摘要
测定60名正常儿童经颅多普勒(TCD)的颅底动脉流速正常值,结果表明颅底动脉流速与年龄之间存在相关关系,以6岁为流速高峰,流速顺序由高到低为:大脑中动脉(MCA)>颈内动脉终末段(ICA)>大脑前动脉(ACA)>基底动脉(BA)>椎动脉(VA)>大脑后动脉(PCA)。PCA流速低于其它文献报道。男女儿童流速相差不大,建议采用统一正常值。测定了儿童颅底动脉的脉动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)正常值。为儿童TCD正常值的建立及儿童TCD检查提供了资料。
Normal TCD values were determined in 60 normal children aged 4~12 years. The
results showed that the blood velocity in basal cerebral arteries was related to age and
was highest at the age of 6 years. The decreasing order of velocity in the arteries was
MCA>IVA>ACA>BA>VA>PCA, the velocity in PCA being lower than those re-
ported in the literature. There was no significant difference between boys and girls. We
suggest that a standardized normal value be established. The normal values of PI and RI
in the children were also determined. Again we suggest that standardized PI and RI val-
ues should be adopted.
