二尖瓣狭窄病人经皮球囊成形术前后血浆内皮素含量的变化

STUDY ON CHANGES OF PLASMA ENDOTHELIN BEFORE AND AFTER PERCUTANEOUS BALLOON MITRAL VALVULOPLASTY

采用放射免疫方法测定38例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄病人经皮球囊成形术术前及术后1周时的血浆内皮素含量。术前病人的血浆内皮素含量较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.001),术后较术前显著下降(P<0.001),但仍高于对照组(P<0.002)。结果表明,二尖瓣狭窄病人的病理生理改变可引起血浆内皮素含量升高。监测术前及术后血浆内皮素的含量,有助于判定其疗效。

The plasma endothelin (ET) level was measured in 38 patients with mitral stenosis by a highly sensitive radioimmunoassay before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). The results showed that the plasma ET level was significantly higher in patients before PBMV than in the control group (P<0.001). It decreased sig- nificantly after PBMV, but was still significantly higher than in the control group (P< 0.002). The results suggest that ET may play a role in the pathophysiological process of rheumatic heart disease and mitral stenosis. Measuring the ET plasma level before and after PBMV may provide one of the parameters for evaluating the curative effect.
