摘要
介绍了支持向量机的基本思想,研究了它在决策模型中的应用。分析了UK心理测验的特点,从机器学习的角度利用支持向量机理论,采用SMO训练方法建立了基于UK心理测验的管理人员选拔的决策模型。实验表明该模型是合理的,并且该预测模型可以和其他方法结合进行有效的管理人才选拔。
In this paper, support vector machine (SVM) is introduced. And the application of SVM in decision model is studied. And the decision model of manager selection is set up based on UK test for machine learning view. The experiment shows the decision model is feasible and the model may be used with other approaches in order to select the fit person efficiently.
