韩国制造企业进入中国市场模式的研究——以企业所有权优势为主的分析

摘要 “进入”在企业战略决策和实施中具有极其重要的意义。因为进入哪个国家和地区开展经营,是涉及企业的生存和发展的根本战略问题。本文以邓宁的国际生产折衷理论为基础进行模型构建,通过二项逻辑斯谛回归分析,得知韩国制造企业以直接投资方式进入中国时的企业所有权优势与进入方式的关系,进而来探讨韩国制造企业选择进入中国市场的合理模式。结果表明,进入中国的韩国制造企业,技术能力越高,越优先选择合资经营方式;营销能力越高,越优先选择独资经营方式。
