7例重复癌临床分析

About the mulitiple primary cancer

目的观察重复癌的患病情况。方法根据我院1995年1月至1999年12月住院病历统计分析。结果1995年1月至1999年12月共收治各类肿瘤病人646例,其中重复癌7例,占1.08%,其中同时性1例,异时性6例。结论应加强对重复癌的认识,提高警惕性,以避免漏诊及延误诊治时机,而延长此类病人的5年生存率。

Objective To studay the causes,diagnosis and treatment of the mulitiple primary cancer.Meth-ods Analyze7patients with multiple primary cancer that received therapy in our hospital.Results646pa-tients with tumor received therapy from January,1995to October,1999.In our hospital Seven of which are multiple primary cancer case.One patient's tumor was in same period,the others' were in different period.Conclusion s We should improve our vigilance of the multiple primary cancer in order to prolong the patient's5-year survival rate.
