廊坊市林业发展与农业产业结构调整关系研究

THE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT AND ADJUSTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY STRUCTURE

在农业与农村经济结构调整大潮中,如何发展林业,特别是如何实现商品林建设与种植粮食、蔬菜、水果、花卉、中药材的合理搭配,促进农业生产长短结合,开辟农民增收新渠道,改善生态环境,实现林业发展的快速扩张,为农村产业结构调整作出贡献,是摆在我们面前的一个大问题。今后农业的发展方向必然是进行农业产业结构调整,而林业作为农业的一个重要组成部分,在农业产业结构调整中发挥了极为重要的作用。本文对廊坊市农业产业结构现状、林业在农业产业结构调整中的地位、作用进行了论述,并探讨了发展林业的过程中所出现的问题及解决途径。

In the course of the adjustment of agriculture and the economic development, how should we develop the forestry, especially how to arrange the commercial forestry and food, vegetable, fruit, flower, Chinese medicinal materials,is an important issue. Only in this way, the income of the peasants can be increased,the environment can be improved, and the development of forestry can be enhanced.These are big contributions to the adjustment of agricultural industry configuration.As an important part of the agriculture, forestry is indispensable. This article introduced the status of agricultural industry structure,as well as the function of forestry.The problems that will appear in the course of forestry development,together with the advices were given.
