MMP9和CD44v6在食管癌组织中表达的研究

Expression of MMP9 and CD44v6 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Tissues

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP9、细胞黏附因子CD4 4v6在食管癌表达的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法对 6 0例食管癌组织进行检测及分析。结果 MMP9和CD4 4v6与食管癌的浸润及转移密切相关。浸润癌组织MMP9表达高于原位癌组织 ,淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组 ;原位癌组织CD4 4v6阳性表达高于浸润癌组织 ,而淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论 MMP9和CD4 4v6的表达均与食管癌浸润转移有关 ,但两者的作用机制和途径不同。

Objective To detect the expression of MMP9 and CD44v6 protein in esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP9 and CD44v6 in 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma.Results The positive rate of MMP9 and CD44v6 were higher in the cases with lymph node metastasis group than that in non-metastasis group.Conclusion The expression of MMP9 and CD44v6 may be correlated with infiltration and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,but MMP9 and CD44v6 have different effects on the infiltration and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.
