关节镜下逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端A型骨折

Treatment of Type A Distal Femoral SupracondylarFracture with Retrograde Interlocking Intramedullary Nail through Arthroscopy

目的 介绍经关节镜应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗远端A型骨折的方法。方法 经关节镜应用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨远端A型骨折 2 7例 ,全部病例进行临床随访评定效果。结果 2 7例经 4～ 16月随访 ,无近晚期并发症 ,骨愈合良好 ,平均愈合时间 4 5月 ,术后功能恢复良好 ,术后功能恢复总体优良率达81 5 %。结论 经关节镜应用逆行交锁髓内钉具有创伤小、定位准确、操作简单、固定牢靠、能及时处理膝关节并发症等优点 ,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the use of GSH nail in the treatment of type A distal femoral supracondylar fracture. Methods 27 cases of the fresh femoral intracondylar fractures were treated with GSH nail.All of the cases were systemic followed-up,and done a clinic evaluation.Results 27 cases were followed-up 4～16 months and result were good.None had early or late complications.The inprovement rate was 81 5% and all fractures healed mean 4 5 months.Conclusion The use of GSH nail through arthroscopy in this group not only presented advantages of simple performance、 the solid fixation,but also made diagnosis and treatment of the complication of knee in time.Therefore it has become an effective therapy for femoral supracondylar factures.
