摘要
选用8只成年雄性梅花鹿、6只成年雄性东北马鹿,在我国传统饲养模式下,分别在鹿的生茸前期、生茸期、生茸后期、发情期及越冬期采集鹿血清样品,测定分析梅花鹿及马鹿不同生理时期血清IGF-1及GH浓度。实验结果表明:(1)梅花鹿各生理时期血清IGF-1浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),血清GH浓度生茸期极显著地高于生茸后期、繁殖期和越冬期(P<0.01),其他各生理时期间无显著差异(P>0.05)。东北马鹿血清IGF-1浓度生茸期显著高于越冬期(P<0.05),其他各生理时期间无显著差异(P>0.05),各生理时期血清GH浓度无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)梅花鹿生茸前期、生茸期、生茸后期、繁殖期和越冬期血清IGF-1浓度分别为31.90ng/mL、35.37ng/mL、23.78ng/mL、20.87ng/mL和14.82ng/mL;东北马鹿分别为21.2ng/mL、25.64ng/mL、9.96ng/mL、9.94ng/mL和6.03ng/mL。
8 adult male sika deer and 6 male adult Chinese wapiti were selected,and fed different level nutrients in different physiological periods based on production requirements.The serum concentrations of IGF-1 and GH were mensurated, and analysed the change laws of those in different physiological periods. The trails results were as follows:(1) The serum concentrations of IGF-1 of sika deer had no difference in different physiological periods(P>0.05),and the serum concentrations of GH were higher in antler growing period than those in the other periods(P<0.01).The serum concentrations of IGF-1 of Chinese Wapiti were higher in antler growing period than those in the winter period(P<0.05),and the other periods had no difference(P>0.05), and the serum concentrations of GH had no difference in the physiological period(P>0.05). (2) The serum concentrations of the sika deer were 31.90ng/mL、35.37ng/mL、23.78ng/mL、20.87ng/mL and 14.82ng/mL,in the antler growing prophase,the antler growing period, the antler growing anaphase,reproduction and winter period, respectively. And those of the Chinese wapiti were 21.2ng/mL、25.64ng/mL、9.96ng/mL、9.94ng/mL and 6.03 ng/mL,respectively.
