莽吉柿果皮中挥发性成分的研究

Analysis of volatile constituents from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana Linn.

目的 探讨莽吉柿果皮中挥发性成分。方法 采用气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。结果 通过气相色谱从莽吉柿果皮中共分离出81个峰,经质谱结合谱库共鉴定出了20个化合物,含量最高的化合物为3-已烯-1-醇,相对含量8.55%。结论 莽吉柿果皮中富含挥发性成分。

ObjectiveTo investigate the volatile constituents of the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana Linn.MethodThe volatile constituents were analysised by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry. Results81 compounds were obtained and 20 of them were identified through index the spectrum storeroom.ConclusionThere are plenty of volatile constituents in the pericarp of mangosteen.
