摘要
文章分析ESO的发展趋势 ,研究非上市公司推行ESO的变通方法 ,然后总结出中国试行ESO的几种实践模式及其特点 。
On the basis of analyzing the development of ESO, this paper studies the alternative methods of non-public companies. From this, several tentative practical patterns and the respective characteristics are drawn. And some new projects of China ESO operation are presented.
