“奇正”与企业文化创新息息相关 ,辨证统一。从企业文化视角 ,阐释《孙子兵法》中的奇正思想 ,并在此基础上论述企业文化创新的重要性 ,尝试性地提出进行企业文化创新的举措以及由此给企业经营管理带来的启示。

The relationship between Regularity and Super-regularity and innovation of enterprise culture is closely and dialectically related to each other. This paper is to, from the perspective of enterprise culture, explore the connotations of Regularity and Super-regularity in the 《Art of War》. Besides, it discusses the importance of innovating enterprise culture and tentatively offers the measures of carrying out innovation of enterprise culture and inspiration toward enterprise management.
