彩超检测高血压病患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度的意义

Significance of colour ultrasound in detecting intima-media thickness of carotid artery in essential hypertension

目的 研究高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的意义。方法 彩超检测 15 0例高血压病患者的颈动脉 ,测量血管内径、内 -中膜厚度 (IMT) ,观察斑块的有无及性质情况 ,并将同期住院而无心脑血管疾患的患者 78例作为对照组。结果 15 0例高血压病患者的IMT、血管内径、斑块检出率明显高于对照组 ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 超声检测高血压病患者颈动脉IMT及斑块性质 ,在高血压病的进展和预后的监测上有重要意义。

Objective To study the significance of carotid artery atherosclerosis in essential hypertension.Methods All carotid arteries of 150 patients with essential hypertension were examined with colour ultrasonography, and vascular diameters,intima-media thickness (IMT),plaques were measured and compared with 78 controls.Results The abnormal signs of carotid arteries such as vascular diameters, intima-media thickness, plaque formation were found in 150 patients with essential hypertension.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The colour ultrasonography can be used to measure the IMT and plague development of carotid artery.It is significantly important can evaluate for preventing and the therapeutic effect fo atherosclerosis in hypertension.
