异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

A study of propofol used in ease pain induced abortion

目的 探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉应用于人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法 随机分为 3组。异丙酚组 35 0例 ,静脉全麻 ,剂量为 2mg/kg;利多卡因组 180例 ,局麻 ,剂量为 5 - 6ml;对照组 30 0例 ,不使用任何镇痛药。结果 异丙酚静脉麻醉应用于人工流产术无痛率为 10 0 .0 0 % ,无人工流产综合征发生 ;利多卡因组可不同程度地减轻疼痛 ,无痛率为 14 .4 4 % ;对照组无痛率为 2 .33%。 3组间有显著性差异。结论 异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术是一种安全有效的静脉麻醉药 ,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the ease pain effect of propofol in vein when use into induced abortion.Methods Depart all cases into three groups with random. The group of propofol had 350 cases, general anesthesia in vein,dose was 2 mg/kg;The group of lignocaine had 180 cases,local anesthesia,dose was 5-6ml;The group of comparison had 300 cases,used no anaesthetic.Results The indolence rate of propofol in vein was 100.00% in induced abortion,no induced abortion syndrome occurred; The indolence rate of lignocaine is 14.44%, it could reduced pain in different degree;The indolence rate of controlled group was 2.33%; the three groups had distinct differentia(P<0.01). Conclusion Propofol is a kind of safe and efficacious anaesthetic when use into induced abortion, it is worthiness to extend more.
