摘要
本文透过最近发生的"博士生炒导师鱿鱼事件",以社会角色视角,分析我国高等学校中研究生导师与研究生关系的新事态和关于师生关系的传统观念的影响,旨在说明按规范运作的必要性。
Based on an analysis of the recently reported case of a postgraduate's dismissal of his adviser, this paper explores a new adviser-postgraduate relationship in universities from the angle of social role and the influence of the traditional teacher-student relationship, with a view to explaining the necessity of regulating operations.
