颅脑降温仪在抢救重型颅脑损伤中的疗效观察及护理

Nursing and Observation of the Effectiveness of the Cerebral Temperature Lowering Instrument in Emergency Treatment of Severe Brain Injury

目的探讨颅脑降温仪在重型颅脑损伤中应用的疗效与护理。方法对2002年1月至2003年4月,应用颅脑降温仪治疗28例重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效进行观察,并与26例采用传统冰袋降温患者进行对比分析。结果应用颅脑降温仪治疗重型颅脑损伤患者在体温下降、颅内压控制、昏迷时间、病死率、并发症等方面均较对照组有显著性差异。结论颅脑降温仪治疗重型颅脑损伤可有效地缩短昏迷时间,降低病死率及并发症,是一种安全、简便、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the brain temperature lowering instrument in emergency treatment of severe brain injury and discuss related nursing care. Methods Between January 2002 and April 2004,54 patients with severe brain injuries were randomly selected, of whom 28 patients were treated with the brain temperature lowering instrument and the other 26 patients were treated with conventional ice bags. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in lowering and controlling intracranial pressure,coma time,case fatality and complications.Conclusion The brain temperature lowering instrument is a safe, simple and effective therapeutic instrument for shortening coma time and reducing case-fatality and morbidity of patients with severe brain injury.
