原发性高血压患者药物治疗依从性影响因素的分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing Medical Compliance in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨影响高血压患者药物依从性的因素,为提高患者服药依从性提供依据。方法采用问卷式调查法,对211例高血压患者的一般状况和药物治疗依从性情况进行调查。结果211例患者中服药依从性良好者为31.75％;单因素分析表明,年龄、文化程度、伴随疾病数量、是否有血压计、就诊次数、实际服药次数、实际服药种类对服药依从性的影响有统计学意义;多元逐步回归分析示伴随疾病数量和就诊次数是影响高血压患者服药依从性的独立因素。结论病情较轻、症状不明显的高血压患者是服药依从性差的高危人群;增加门诊随访次数是提高依从性的有效手段。

Objective To investigate factors influencing medical compliance in patients on anti-hypertensive therapy sp as to provide evidence for improving medical compliance in such patients Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted of general conditions and medical compliance in 211 patients with essential hypertension who were on anti-hypertensive therapy. Results The rate of good medical compliance was 31. 75% in 211 patients. Simple-variable analysis identified age, level of education,number of associated diseases,home. availability of the sphygmomanometer,number of ambulatory treatment, and actual number of drug therapy as significant factors influencing compliance of anti-hypertensive therapy. The logistic regression analysis showed that the number of associated diseases and ambulatory treatment were two independent and significant factors influencing medical compliance. Conclusion Patients with low level hypertension and patients with minimal symptoms are risk populations for poor medical compliance. Increasing the number of ambulatory follow-up is an effective means of improving medical compliance in such patients.
