弱势群体的存在是社会结构转型过程中的必然现象,它一直是社会学界关注的热点。我国正处于社会结构转型和经济体制转轨时期,从全国来看,弱势群体的形成有其共同特点和原因,就东北老工业基地来说,又有所不同。它具有"准弱势群体"的特征,这种特征与东北老工业基地特定的背景和深层的社会原因密切相关。

It's a necessary phenomenon that the weak crowds exist in the changing process of social structure. The sociology experts have been concerning about this problem, China is in the changing stage of social structure and economical system, the shapes of the weak crowds have their common characteristics and reasons. According to the old industrial base in Northeast of China, it has different conditions. The article begins the old industrial base in Northeast of China whose shape has special circumstances and area culture, accordingly, 'the quasi-weak crowds' concept is presented, studies that the shape of weak crowds has special underground and deeper social causes.
