Foreign talented person is an important factor for Qin State's rising,development and uniting. This thesis is about foreign talented person's contribution to Qin State.During Spring and Autumn Period,they assisted the king of Qin State become despot in the West China.During Warring States Period,many foreign talented persons made the tremendous contribution in uniting the significant element of domination.Through studing foreign talented persons' contribution to Qin State,we can understand the Qin state's developing in politics,economy,military and culture exactly.
