摘要
文章以河北省经济统计及第四、五次人口普查资料为依托,对河北省改革开放以来,特别是近20年来产业结构与劳动力就业结构的转变过程进行了描述;运用就业弹性理论,着重对以技术密集型和高新技术产业为特征的新型经济增长点的形成带来的就业弹性下滑问题进行了理论探讨,对经济发展与就业拉动问题进行了分析,进而提出河北省产业结构战略性调整的人才需求合理结构和相关对策.
In light of economic statistics of Hebei province and the 4th and 5th census, this article described the changing process of production and labor employment structure in Hebei province since open policy been taken especially during the last 20 years, and with elastic theory on employment, a theoretical study has been made mainly on the decrease of elastic employment coming with new economic growth point which made by tech-density and high-tech characterize enterprises. By an analysis on the driving power of economic growth to empliyment, it proposed a rational structure of human resources and relevant policies for the strategic transformation of Hebei production structure.
