摘要
文章采用有机溶剂脱脂、沸水浸提、乙醇沉淀及 Sevag法脱蛋白得杏多糖粗提物。用紫外扫描、苯酚 -硫酸法对杏多糖粗提物进行定性、定量。紫外扫描结果显示 ,杏多糖粗提物在 2 2 0 nm波长处出现多糖的特征吸收峰。苯酚 -硫酸法测得粗提物中多糖百分含量为 70 .3 4% ,粗多糖得率为 2 1.0 8%。此方法可行。
To study the extraction of polysaccharide from Apricot and determination of its content.Polysaccharide was extracted from Apricot through following steps:Removing fat and were used to determine the content of the extract.The percentage of the content of Apricot polysaccharide is 70.34%,the extract rate is 21.08%
