摘要
简要评述了我省首轮矿产资源总体规划对可持续发展的重视、矿产资源的战略分析转移到为各级政府宏观决策服务等特色,并对规划中具有共性的问题,如矿产资源可供性分析、矿产资源战略储备、重点勘查区和重点勘查矿种的选择以及GIS的应用等进行了探讨,为规划的修编和县级矿产资源总体规划的编制提供参考意见。
This paper briefly expounded that sustainable development had been well considered in the first-round overall plan of mineral resources in Anhui province, the strategic analysis of mineral resources had been transferred to serve the governments of all levels for macroscopic policy making, and also discussed some common issues with the plan such as the availability analysis of mineral resources, strategic reserve of mineral resources, options of key zones and key mineral types for exploration as well as GIS application. These will be helpful to revision of the provincial overall plan and to making county-level overall plan of mineral resources.
