阻断α和β受体后肾上腺素升高血糖的效应 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步确定肾上腺素能受体在肾上腺素升高血糖中的作用,分别用酚妥拉明和心得安阻断兔的α和β受体,再注射肾上腺素,测定注肾上腺素前后血糖的变化。结果:阻断α受体,再注肾上腺素4 min 和10 min 后,全血血糖由6.12±0.74(mmol/L,下同)增加到6.68±1.32(P>0.05)和7.82±1.92(P<0.05)。阻断β受体后再注同样剂量肾上腺素4 min 和10 min 后,血浆葡萄糖由8.84±0.93增加到10.49±0.85(P<0.01)和11.84±1.95(P<0.01)。分别阻断α和β受体后,肾上腺素均出现升高血糖的效应,说明α和β两种受体在肾上腺素的升血糖中均有作用。 In order to understand further the role of adrenergic receptors in blood glucose concentration elevatedby adrenaline,the a and β receptors of rabbit wore inhibited separately with phentolamine and propranolol, then injecting adrenaline,the changes of blood glucose concentration were measured.The results show as follows:When rabbits blocking a receptors were injected with adrenaline,after 4min and 10rain the blood glucose concentration increases from 6.12±0.74mmol/L to 6.68± 1.32 mmol/L(P>0.05)and 7.82±1.92mmol/L(P<0.05)respectively. When β receptors blocking as mention above,the blood glucose conc- entration increased responsibilitely from 8.84±0.93mmol/L to 10.49± 0.85 mmol/L(P<0.01)and 11.84±1.95mmol/L(P<0.01).The results indicate that two kinds of receptors act on blood glucose concentration elevated by adrenaline.
