摘要
采用文献资料法、实际观察法,对当前我国竞技体育人本化管理的现状进行探究,指出现行管理体制存在的问题,并提出对策。
By means of documents and observation, this article probes into the present situation of the humanized management of competitive sports in China, points out some problems existing in the present system of management, and advances some countermeasures.
