摘要
给仔猪分别注射 cAMP(环状腺苷酸)标准品和自制品,30d 后评估其增重效果。cAMP标准品组仔猪平均增重11.9±3.25kg,比对照组提高50.6%;自制 cAMP 组仔猪平均增重11.3±3.47 kg,比对照组提高43.0%。证明 cAMP 对仔猪增重效果显著,且两种 cAMP对仔猪增重无显著差异(P>0.05)。
The piglets were injected standard cAMP and cAMP abtained from the degration of ATP respectively.After thirty days,the average weight of piglets by injecting standard cAMP increased 11.9±3.25 kg,more than 50.6% to the control,and the group by injecting cAMP made by ourself increased 11.3±3.47kg,more than 43.0% to the control.The results prove that cAMP has remarkable effect accelerating growth in piglets,and two kinds of cAMP have no significant difference in increasing the weight of piglets.
