摘要
采用10mW 氦氖激光照射绵羊胫神经(甲组)、抢风穴(乙组)和天门穴(丙组),通过肛门部痛阈测定和实验性手术的方法检测麻醉效果。结果表明:氨氖激光照射不但有提高痛阈的作用,而且手术时麻醉效果良好。
The tibial nerves of sheep of group A,Qiangfeng acupoints of sheep oe group B and Tianmen acupoints of sheep of group C were irradiated by He-Ne laser whose power is 10 mW,and the effect of anesthesia was evaluated by measuring the feeling thresholds of anuses of all sheep and experimentat operating method.The result showed that He-Ne laser irradiation not only increased the feeling thresholds of sheep,but also had a good anesthetic effect while sheep were being operated.
