摘要
为了解限制生育期对选择穗重的影响,分别在限制抽穗前天数(≤49天)和灌浆持续期(≤38天)的条件下,对31个燕麦 F_3品系的穗重进行选择。结果表明:两组入选材料的生育期天数、平均穗重和平均籽产在 F_4均无显著差异。灌浆持续期的遗传力极低,在 F_4普遍延长。所以,在限制灌浆持续期前提下选择穗重,并不能确保有较短的生育期。
The restricted selections were used to determine the effect of re- strieting days to maturity on selection efficiency for high panicle weight. The restricted selections for high particle weight were applicatod among 31 F_3 lines with rastrictad days to heading(≤49 days)and grain-filli- ng period(≤38 days)respectively.The results showed that there were no significant differences between twe selected groups on days to matu- rity,average panicle weight and average grain yield in F_4.The grain- filling period appeared prolonged in F_4 for its very low heritability. Therefore,selection for high panicle weight with restricted grain-frlling period could not keep oats in early maturity.
