摘要
为改善水泥浆流动性,在水泥浆中加入降黏降滤失剂DWG-Ⅰ,研究了DWG-Ⅰ改善水泥浆流动性的机理.结果表明:DWG-Ⅰ能有效地改变水泥颗粒的界面性质和电动特性,拆散水泥浆体系的网状结构,阻止聚合物分子自身的桥联,释放出被包裹的拌和水并束缚在水泥颗粒表面随其流动,从而提高了水泥浆的分散性和稳定性,改善了水泥浆的流动性.
This paper deals with the mechanism of improving flowability of cement slurry by DWG-Ⅰ in lab experiments. Result of the tests indicate that DWG-Ⅰcan effectively reduce viscidity and block the force of the cement slurry, so that the boundary character of cement particle and electric characteristic are changed, netted texture of cement is destroyed, the character of dispersion and stability are improved, the flowability of G grades cement slurry are improved after using DWG-Ⅰ,which is beneficial to improving displacement efficiency.
