摘要
本文介绍了固定化细胞技术的概念以及在废水处理方面的优势 ,指出了这项技术存在一些难以解决的问题 ,本实验只对其中的一个核心问题———细胞固定化的载体进行研究。在实验过程中 ,以陶土为主要原料 ,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备多孔陶瓷材料载体。并对其结构和性能进行了表征与测试 ,根据测试结果分析和讨论了烧成温度、固相含量、添加剂、陈腐时间等工艺因素对泡沫陶瓷强度的影响。
In this paper the concept of immobile cell technology has been introduced and th e advantage of this technology used in waste water treatment regularly at first, then some exist problems of this technology have been pointed out.In this paper, the carrier was to be key question to be researched.In the course of experiment, potter′s clay was regard as main raw materials,the organic foam material was ad opted as foam ceramic material carrier,and dipping craft was adopted as the main molding means.Foam ceramic′s structure and performance was researched.Sinterin g temperature,clay content,additive,stale,and etc.impacting on foam ceramic inte nsity was discussed according to test result.
