摘要
以水合肼与顺丁烯二酸酐为起始原料,经扩环、氯化、缩合三步反应制备磺胺氯哒嗪钠。采用正交设计法筛选出合 成二羟基哒嗪的最优化条件,收率达92.4%。
Sulfachlorpyridazine sodium was synthezed from hydrazine hydrafe and maleic anhydride through three feet.The first was to syntheze 3,6-dihydroxypyridazine,its yield was 92.4%.
