摘要
以钨硅酸为催化剂,通过丙酸和己醇反应合成了丙酸己酯,探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯 化率的影响。实验结果表明:钨硅酸具有良好的催化活性,在醇酸物质的量比为1.5:1、催化剂用量为0.2 g/0.1 mol酸、带水剂(环 己烷)10 mL、反应温度110-118℃、反应时间1 h时,酯化率可达99.2%。
Hexyl propionate was synthesized from propionic acid and hexyl using tungstosilicic acid as catalyst.The influence factors such as molar ratio of hexyl alcohol to propionic acid,amount of catalyst, and reaction time on the yield of hexyl propionate were discussed.The results showed that tungstosilicic acid was a good catalyst for synthesizing hexyl propionate.The yield of hexyl propionate was up to 99.2% when molar ratio of hexyl alcohol to propionic acid was 1.5:1,amount of catalyst was 0.2 g/0.1 mol propionic acid,water-taking reagent (cyciohexane)10ml,reaction temperature was 110-118℃,and reaction time was 1 h.
