摘要
根据流体力学理论对高速电解液循环离心泵在水下约 2 4 0m处工作时 ,由于静压力在泵入口管中形成高速流体所产生的冲击载荷进行了分析 ,给出了高速流体冲击载荷的理论计算公式 ,并在模拟试验装置和实际系统装置上进行了流体冲击试验 ,对试验结果进行了分析研究。
A high speed liquid impact force was trial studied and educed the formula of calculation by theories of hydrodynamics and tests. Because of the hydraulic pressure, the force was came into being at inlet of high speed electrolyte cycling centrifugal pump which at 240m below water level. Tests of the force was operated on simulating tester and practicing tester and the outcome of tests was analysed and studied.
