摘要
提出了一种初步计算容器式液塞捕集器尺寸的方法 ,建立了捕集器工艺计算的数学模型 ,编制了捕集器系统动态模拟软件。通过观察捕集器内的液位和压力波动情况 ,从而确定一定生产条件下捕集器的最优结构尺寸。结果表明 ,液塞单元的分布对捕集器的结构尺寸有很大影响。
A method has been proposed to estimate the structure size of vessel-type slug catcher.A mathematical model has been developed to predict the operational parameters.A software has been programmed to simulate the dynamic operation of slug catcher.Through the observation of the fluctuation of the liquid level and pressure in the slug catcher, the optimum size of slug catcher under certain conditions can be determined.The results show that the distribution of slug units will largely influence the structure size of slug catcher.
