太阳能冷管吸附制冷的实验研究

摘要 介绍了太阳能冷管的运行机理并建立了太阳能冷管测试实验台 ,通过实验测量它在运行周期内吸附床内侧管温度、套管温度、蒸发器壁面温度、制冷剂脱附量和吸附量等参数随时间变化关系。实验表明 ,在环境温度为 2 8~ 36℃、冷管周围风速为 0 .5m/s的条件下 ,太阳能冷管制冷持续时间为 13h ,冷管蒸发器温度最低可达 18℃。 A solar cooling tube is a cooling unit which can make a complete refrigeration cycle in a single tube and its mechanism is described.The experimental study for the thermal performance of solar cooling tube has been done, which proves it is a feasible solar cooling unit.The variation of temperature of the adsorbent bed-inside, outside glass tube and refrigerator was gained during the experiment period. The variation of the mass of desorpted and evaporated refrigerant was also tested.It is found that on a typical day in the summer, the cooling effect can last 13.5 hours.The temperature of eraporator can reach 18℃ in the solar cooling tube.
