摘要
根据高原先天性心脏病的群体患病率与患者一级亲属中的先心病患病率,引用Falconer的估计阈值状性状遗传度的公式,采用了性别分层计算,得出先心病遗传度的加权平均值为21.4±8.0％。作者认为高原先心病的发病以环境因素为主。
According to the population morbidity of congenital heart disease at plateau and the mortality of congenital heart disease in first degree relatives of sufferers, quoting Falconer's formula, about estimating the heritability of threshold properties. We calculated on the basis of sex respectively. The weighted average of heritability of congenital heart disease was 21.4±8.0%. The author considered that congenital heart disease at plateau gave first place to environment.
