摘要
目的探讨载脂蛋白E基因多态性对血脂、脂蛋白的影响及与冠心病(CHD)患者发病程度的关系.方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP),分析93例冠心病患者(CHD组)和113例无冠心病的健康对照者(对照组)apoE基因型及空腹血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)浓度.结果与健康对照者比较, CHD患者apoε4等位基因频率较高,分别为17.2%,7.5%,P<0.01;在CHD患者及健康对照者不同的apoE基因型之间,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C浓度差异有显著性,并按ε2/2+ε3/2<ε3/3<ε4/3+ε4/4的顺序递增.结论 ApoE基因多态性是影响血清TC及LDL-C水平的重要遗传因素之一.ApoE基因多态性与冠心病的发病密切相关,ε4等位基因可能是吉林地区CHD发病的危险因素.
ObjectiveTo probe the relationship between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism, blood lipid level and CHD patients.MethodsPCR-RFLP technology is adopted to analyse TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C blood level in 93 cases of CHD patients and 113 cases of healthy patients in control group.ResultsApoε4 allele gene frequency in CHD patients is higher than that of control group((17.2%), (7.5%), respectively, P<(0.01)); different apolipoprotein E gene types have different levels in TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, the difference between them is also obvious, and decreasing gradually according the order by ε2/2+ε3/2<ε3/3<ε4/3+ε4/4.ConclusionApolipoprotein E gene polymorphism is main factor to affect TC, LDL-C and LDL-C level; apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism is closely related to CHD; ε4 allele gene is risk factor in CHD morbidity.
