文章针对目前高校图书馆在图书损害赔偿方面存在的问题以及造成的不良后果,提出应当尽快制定图书馆法,使图书损害赔偿规范化、标准化,使图书馆工作管理更科学、更完善。

The paper discussed the problem exist in the compensation for book damages in the University library ,and the harmful consequences.Then,the paper promoted to establish the Law of library,which can make the compensation for book damages normalized and standardized,also make the management of library work more scientific and better.
