摘要
介绍了以玉米淀粉为原料 ,采用酒精碱法制备颗粒状冷水可溶性淀粉。
The preparation of granular cold-water-soluble starches from corn starches by alcoholic-alkaline treatment were introduced in this paper.The author probed influential factors and found out the optimum conditions by orthogonal design.
