UV-VIS CHARACTERISTICS OF CAROTENOIDS AND ITS UTILIZATION IN STRUCTURAL IDENTIFICATION

摘要 对类胡萝卜素紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-VIS)的部分特性进行了综述。重点讨论了类 胡萝卜素UV-VIS最大吸收峰的位置、形状及影响因素,类胡萝卜素异构化对UV-VIS的 影响,与类胡萝卜素UV-VIS有关的化学测试反应在其结构鉴定中的应用。 Some UV-VIS (Uitraviolet-Visible absorption spectra) characteristics of carotenoids and its utilization are summarized in this paper The position of the absorption maxima, the shape of absorption spectra of carotenoids and its influencing factors, the effect on UV-VIS of carotenoids by isomerization, the application of some chemical test reaction in the structural identification of carotenoids are mainly discussed in the paper
