利用植物与植物性杀虫剂防治小菜蛾的研究 被引量:3

A Study on Biological Control of Diamondback Moth by Using Plants and Plant-original Insecticide

摘要 试验以芥菜和雷公藤为材料,对小菜蛾进行生物防治研究,结果表明:大叶芥和皱叶芥诱集小菜蛾产卵效果较好,摘除部分叶子的大叶芥和皱叶芥效果更好。雷公藤乙醇提取物浓度在1.5%以上,喷洒3d后对小菜蛾的防效在70%以上。芥菜的诱集和雷公藤的毒杀结合,可达到生物防治目的。 Tripterygium wilfordii and mustard were used as materials for biocontrol of diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella).The results showed that both Da Yejie and Zhou Yejie had good effect on inducing the insect to lay eggs,stripping part of their leaves could improve the effect. When concentration of ethanol extract from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii was over 1.5%,the control effect on diamondback moth Plutella xylostella surpassed 70%. The combination of mustard inducement with Tripterygium wilfordii poison, may achieve the biocontrol aim.
